The Association of Improved Seed Importers of Iran” which is called “The Association of Improved Seed Importers of Iran of Improved Seed Importers of Iran” in this statute for short, in implementation of clause (K) of Article (5) of the Law on the Establishment of the Chamber of Commerce of Mining and Agricultural Industries of Iran (approved 1991/03/06 and amendment 1994/12/06) which in this statute is abbreviated It is called the Chamber of Iran and Article 5 of the Law on Continuous Improvement of the Business Environment is formed with the approval and supervision of the Chamber of Iran and has an independent legal and financial personality and operates in a non-political and non-profit way.
